Refund Policy

Web Design Payments:

• For custom website design projects, we offer a flexible payment schedule with installments as a convenience for our clients. Please note that once a payment or initial deposit is made, it is non-refundable. In the event of project cancellation or postponement, all funds paid to Hypersites will be retained. Additionally, the client will be responsible for compensating Hypersites for any work completed beyond the amount already covered by previous payments.
  
  

• We offer installment payments for custom web design projects to make the process easier for our clients. Kindly be aware that all payments, including the initial deposit, are non-refundable once processed. Should a project be cancelled or put on hold, Hypersites will retain all payments made, and the client agrees to pay for any design work completed that exceeds the value of the payments already received.
  
  

eCommerce & Web Development Payments:

• Similar to our web design process, payments for custom web development and eCommerce projects are structured in installments as a client courtesy. We want to emphasize that all payments and deposits are non-refundable once made. If a project is cancelled or delayed, Hypersites will keep all funds paid, and the client will be obligated to pay for any development work completed that goes beyond the payments already made.
  
  

• For custom web development and eCommerce projects, we provide the option of paying in installments to benefit our clients. Please understand that all payments, including the initial deposit, are non-refundable after processing. If a project is cancelled or postponed, Hypersites will retain all payments made, and the client will be responsible for covering the cost of any development work completed that surpasses the amount already paid.

Account Termination:

• Hypersites maintain the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if they are found to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
  
  

• We reserve the authority to suspend and/or close a user’s account if a breach of our terms of service is identified.
  
  

• Accounts that are terminated due to policy violations will not be eligible for a refund.
  
  

• If an account is closed due to a violation of our policies, no refunds will be issued.
